Instead of producing traditional flat videos, ReloomVR utilizes ultra-crisp 8K 360° cameras to capture the complete atmosphere of weddings, milestones, live music, and sports. This allows you to physically step back inside the memory using a VR headset and experience it as if you were truly there.
The ReloomVR process consists of four straightforward steps: personalized onboarding, event day coverage, editing, and final delivery. Before the event, the team collaborates with you to understand your timeline. On the big day, their on-site videographers and discreet "AURA-BOT" mobile assistant capture everything in 360°. You receive a highlight reel for feedback two weeks later, and the final chaptered VR experience is delivered directly to you on a pre-loaded headset within 6 to 8 weeks.

A ReloomVR wedding package starts at $7,500. This base package includes seven hours of on-site coverage with two VR videographers, the mobile "AURA-BOT" assistant, a digital link of the video, and one pre-loaded VR headset. For comprehensive full-event coverage and up to five headsets, packages range up to $20,000. Custom add-ons are also available for extra hours, multiple locations, or expedited editing.
Unlike traditional videography where a camera operator and editor decide what fits inside a flat, restricted frame, ReloomVR captures the entire environment. When replaying a ReloomVR film in a headset, you control where to look. This allows you to experience spatial audio, see authentic reactions from guests outside the center of attention, and truly feel the atmosphere of the room long after the event has passed.
No, you do not need to purchase your own VR equipment. Every ReloomVR package includes at least one fully pre-loaded VR headset - available in cream or their signature orange - as part of your final delivery. Once it arrives at your door, you simply press play to step right back into your event. Additional pre-loaded headsets can also be purchased for friends and family.

You will receive your final, fully edited ReloomVR experience 6 to 8 weeks after your event. However, you don't have to wait that long to see the footage; the team sends a preliminary highlight cut just two weeks post-event. This allows you to provide feedback and request revisions to ensure the final version feels perfect before it is loaded onto your headset.
